Summer of Riesling - 2010 Knapp Dry Riesling

This 2010 Knapp Dry Riesling I had months ago and just found my notes.  They are probably releasing their 2011 shortly if they haven't already done so.

A very aromatic wine with hints of peach and honeydew melon sweetness.  Very crisp and fresh.  There is slight minerality on the palate with a trace of sugar to combat the acidity.  Flavors of lime juice, green apple and stone fruit fill your palate with a soft acidic finish.

A very enjoyable summer wine!
